Hotel is what’s expected from a Marriott but whatever you do don’t bother trying to get room service! Called the front desk about 8 times from the room phone with no answer then also called from my cell phone and no one even bothers to pick up. Went down and was told to go to the restaurant to order. Ordered nachos with chicken. When it came it was chips with cheese sauce and beans that was soggy and they didn’t even put the chicken on it.

I had to switch rooms twice because it was either not what I booked/paid for, or because it smelled like cigarettes. The 3rd and final room I stayed in was actually perfect. So I think the cig room was an exception to the norm. Something else that kinda ****** about the place though, was that the windows don’t open, not even a crack. So there’s no fresh air, just recycled air through the entire hotel. The location was perfect, close to the airport. And it was quiet, and nice and dark, my son and I slept really well.
